For more than twenty years, I've worked at the intersection of leadership, learning and organisation development across Lundbeck, Novo Nordisk, Novartis, Invacare and Qantas, spanning 35+ markets and four industries.
Most recently, I was Director, Head of Global People Development at Lundbeck. Today I work independently across coaching, advisory projects and things I'm building myself, including Career Discovery™ and a new leadership podcast.
I've lived and worked in Australia, New Zealand, Turkey and Russia before relocating to Denmark in 2018. That experience has also given me a first-hand understanding of what it means to navigate careers, cultures and professional identity across countries.

Trained as a coach at Erickson Coaching International (Canada), I hold a Psychology degree from Monash University (Australia), a Master's degree in Corporate and Employment Law (Russia), and certifications in MBTI Step I, KFLS and Agile HR, complemented by multiple programmes at IMD Business School.
